My Fogbow image has made the final of this year’s RMetS
‘Weather Photographer of the Year 2021’
Competition
I AM DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE that my ‘Fogbow’ image has been shortlisted and made the final round of this year’s Royal Meteorological Society’s ‘Weather Photographer of the Year 2021’ competition.
Just 21 images from over 8,900 photographs submitted by over 3,300 photographers from 114 countries have made the final round and you can vote for your favourite image in this public vote off competition.
A panel of judges also decide who wins the competition separately from the public vote and the results for both competitions will be known in October.
So feel free to get involved by clicking on the CLICK HERE TO VOTE below to be taken to the Weather Photographer of the Year page on PhotoCrowd’s website, and vote for your favourite image from the 21 listed.
No email address is required, just select your favourite image, it’s that simple. Voting will close on the 23rd September 2021

Just check my mail. Voted for you Mr.N. Love the the Fogbow. Looking very debonair.
Thank you very much Ramona. Debonair is not normally a word associated with me, ha, ha.
Just voted for Fogbow but only because I genuinely believe it’s the best one.
Thank you very much Bill. Much appreciated and I know that you’re a man of principle and would only vote for your favourite image. Fingers crossed it achieves further success.
Lovely!
Thank you very much Lucy
Amazing image.
Thank you very much Carol. I’m so pleased that you like it.
Great shot Melvin .
Thanks Colin. I hope you’re well.
Superb image mate – this one and your long exposure train in the Rockies – are my faves
Thanks Lee. Maybe I’ll enter the long exposure shot of the train at Morant’s Curve in the snow next year.
Interesting. I think it would work in B&W .
I have never considered creating a black and white image of it Valerie. Maybe I’ll give it a go.
