Back in July 2023, freelance writer Nick Smith approached me and asked if I would be interested in chatting to him about my love of landscape photography for the ‘In The Spotlight’ feature for the Outdoor Photography Magazine. I was delighted and promptly agreed.

I was also asked to submit ten images and one of those images was chosen to be featured on the front cover. The image was taken at Traigh Bheag (The Small Beach) on the Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland. Many thanks to Outdoor Photography for the opportunity to chat with Nick Smith, it was a thoroughly enjoyable conversation lasting nearly an hour and for featuring one of my images for the front cover of issue 297 (August 2023).
