Sold Out

Along with New Zealand, the Canadian Rockies constantly tops the bucket lists of landscape photographers all around the world and for 2019, I am delighted to offer workshops to both of these inspiring locations.

We will visit the Canadian Rockies in winter, the most beautiful and dramatic time of the year. Snow covered mountains, along with stunning ice covered lakes offer beautiful wide-open vistas.

Our nine day winter workshop will see us based at beautiful Lake Louise Inn in the central location of Lake Louise Village. The three national parks of Banff, Jasper, and Yoho are on our doorstep and offer so many stunning subjects to capture on camera and perfect opportunities for fantastic compositions. At this time of the year the scenery is a winter wonderland while the snow dominates the landscape all around us.

In Banff we will visit the iconic lakes of Bow, Herbert, Johnson, Louise, Minnewanka, Two Jack Lake, Vermillion and Waterfowl as well as Castle Mountain, Johnston Canyon, and the Three Sisters, not forgetting the Icefields Parkway and Morant’s Curve too.

In Yoho, we will visit Emerald Lake and in Jasper, the falls of Athabasca and en-route the iconic spectacular Abraham Lake complete with its methane bubbles in the ice.

This workshop will be taken at a leisurely pace to allow everyone to experience the stunning locations and enjoy them too. I will be on hand to offer dedicated 1-2-1 photography tuition to help develop your photography vision and all skill levels are welcomed, from the newcomer, through to the hobbyist and those much more experienced.

I hope you can join us on what we promise will be a landscape photography experience of a lifetime.
