Melvin Nicholson – Proudly Appointed Brand Ambassador for Nisi Filters UK

I have some exciting news to share with you all.

Having used Nisi’s excellent range of filters for the last eighteen months, I am absolutely delighted to confirm that I have now become an official Brand Ambassador for Nisi Filters UK.

Many thanks to Nisi Ambassador Phil Norton for inviting me to join the team and I very much look forward to working with him on a range of dedicated Nisi workshops in the coming months. Phil is a Nisi filter seller and he has an extensive range of 70mm, 100mm and 150mm systems in stock ready to be dispatched at a moment’s notice. If you are interested in the range of Nisi filters and would like to know more about the range, feel free to either contact me or Phil for advice.

As a professional landscape photographer, filters are incredibly important to me. They not only assist me in capturing images, but also creating them too through Nisi’s range of 6, 8 and 10 stop ND filters. I am incredibly demanding where my choice of filters are concerned and only the best will do. I am genuinely delighted with Nisi’s 100mm filter system and their clever design in how their incredibly slim 82mm polariser screws into the filter adaptor ring therefore ensuring no vignetting at 16mm on a full frame camera but still also allow me to run three slots in the alloy machined filter holder. This feature is especially important to me as I often use multiple filters at the same time. The fact that Nisi’s neutral density filters and neutral density graduated filters are made from high quality glass and not resin, ensures that I manage to retain all of the sharpness and clarity in the images I take.

Well that’s it for now. I hope to see many of you on location in the great outdoors either on a upcoming landscape photography workshop of mine or on location with your camera enjoying the peace and quiet. Until next time, keep smiling, keep shooting.

Best wishes Melvin
